I'm a NAATI-certified translator and interpreter, a Latina migrant who arrived in Australia with a one-year plan six years ago, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to be where you are right now.
I've navigated visas, cried over paperwork, and spent more hours than I'd care to admit trying to understand foreign systems. So I learned very quickly that close enough isn't good enough when something this important is on the line, which is exactly what a five-year translation degree drilled into me.
Now, I help the Latin American community move through those same moments with the care and precision the situations call for, which means important documents translated properly, high-stakes appointments interpreted accurately, and nothing left to chance.
