certified document translation

Every translation helps you take the next step forward, whether that’s a visa, a job or academic offer, or a marriage certificate that needs to be legal in two languages.

Which is why your documents are translated from Spanish into English (or vice versa) with correct terminology, careful attention to context and nuance, formatting that mirrors your original, and a submission-ready file delivered straight to your inbox or letterbox.

WHEN THE STAKES ARE THIS HIGH

It pays to hire someone who’s fluent in the fine print and gets it right the first time.

Mistakes can cost you time, money, and opportunities when a job, a visa, or an important appointment is on the line.

When you work with me, you're getting nearly a decade of experience, a five-year translation degree, current NAATI credentials in both translating and interpreting, and ongoing professional development that keeps everything sharp and up to date.

All of it delivered with the accuracy, impartiality, and confidentiality the AUSIT Code of Ethics requires of every certified practitioner.

The two other ways we can work together

The big moments rarely arrive alone. They usually come with a stack of documents that need translating, and interpreting in the appointments that follow.

Which is, of course, easier when the same person handles all the words, written and spoken, from start to finish.

If that sounds like your situation, here's how document bundles and custom projects work. And if you have an appointment coming up too, here's how interpreting works.

Here’s how it works

01

Tell me what you need

Send me a message through the contact form or WhatsApp with the details of what you need.

Your translation questions, answered.

How much does a NAATI-certified translation cost?

My translations start at $50 per page. The final price depends on the document's

length, formatting, and complexity, and you'll always get a clear quote before any work

begins. Interpreting starts at $85 per hour on-site or $75 per hour for video or phone.

HOW LONG DOES A TRANSLATION TAKE?

Standard turnaround is two to three business days for up to three pages. Add one business day for every two additional pages. Turnaround times are always subject to my availability at the time of booking. Need it sooner? Ask me about urgent processing.

Do I need to send original documents, or are scans okay?

Scans or clear photos are perfect, so no need to post originals. Once you've shared

them via email or WhatsApp, I'll come back to you with a quote to approve.

Do you offer postal delivery for NAATI-Certified translations?

Absolutely! Once your translation is complete and certified with my NAATI ink stamp and signature, I will dispatch it via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey until it arrives at your door.

Ready when you are.

My inbox is open for documents that need translating, appointments that need interpreting, and serious discussions about empanadas.
