I know the weight of paperwork, the stress of appointments, and the quiet panic of needing to get something exactly right in a language that isn't your first.
So my job is to take the translation and interpreting off your to-do list, and the language barrier out of every appointment.
HOW I GOT HERE
I didn't move to Australia to start a business or get lured into a TFN scam.
In fact, I moved here for a year off.
I arrived in February 2020 with a Work and Holiday visa, a plan to travel around Australia, and every intention of being home by Christmas. Then borders closed, plans changed, and I was suddenly living a life I hadn't exactly planned but nonetheless needed to navigate.
What followed was a maze of paperwork, forms, processes, and unfamiliar systems. And even though I'd spent five years completing a translation degree at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina, my translation skills were suddenly being put to the test in a very real way.
I cried over paperwork more than I’d care to admit. I was second-guessing myself, despite my experience and education.
I saw first-hand how overwhelming and confusing systems are in new countries.
That experience gave me a double lens on the migrant journey: one as a migrant myself, navigating complex processes for the first time, and one as a translator learning to adapt those skills to a new country.

Jet-lagged, overwhelmed, and apparently the perfect target for a very official-sounding scam...
I'd been in the country less than a week when someone got in touch about my Tax File Number.
The email looked official, the phone call sounded firm, and the invoice looked like the real thing. So I paid, with a small amount of money and a much larger amount of embarrassment.
That moment shaped my purpose and merged my professional training with my lived experience. Translating, I realised, is more than understanding words in two languages.
It’s about access, fairness, and helping people feel empowered and understood in a system that’s not designed for them.
